Paint Claying, Polishing & Waxing in Ipswich
Three steps that work together to clean, refine and finish your vehicle's paintwork.
Claying: decontamination
Even after a wash, tiny particles can stay stuck to the paint. A suitable clay treatment lifts this bonded contamination so the surface feels smoother and is ready for polishing or waxing.
We assess your vehicle's paintwork before choosing a treatment, because not every vehicle needs every step.
- Lifts contamination a wash cannot
- Leaves a smoother surface
- Prepares paint for polish and wax
Polishing, then waxing or sealing
Polishing works on the surface of the paint to improve its appearance, reducing the look of light marks and dullness. It cannot guarantee the removal of scratches, and deeper damage may remain.
Waxing or sealing is the finishing step. It adds gloss and offers a degree of protection, but protection is not permanent and wears over time, so regular washing and occasional re-treatment help.
- Polish to refresh dull-looking paint
- Wax or sealant to finish
